• About The Role

  • We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join the CUPRA & SEAT team as the CRM Manager on a Part Time, fixed term contract basis until April 2026.

    Reporting into the Customer Experience Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the brand’s CRM Customer Journey for all sales channels and customer types, across the end to end lifecycle from enquiry to repurchase.  Working closely with the other CRM Manager and the Data Intelligence and Loyalty Manager, our ambition for CUPRA and SEAT’s CRM is to harness the exciting new technology launched last year to accelerate our plans, and deliver innovative new approaches to direct communications.

    You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing appropriate CRM campaigns, utilising the best data strategy and optimising their performance, and deriving insights to take forward into future campaigns.

    Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

    • Excellent project management skills and a delivery focussed approach
    • Good organisational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple and varied projects
    • Strong collaborative working style and stakeholder management
    • Ability to approach business questions in a customer-centric way
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong eye and opinion on creative executions
    • Highly self-motivated and forward thinking
    • Experience in marketing communications or CRM roles
    • Experience of analysing and interpreting performance data
    • Agency and Budget Management
