• About The Role

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Group Commercial Services team on a fixed term contract basis until March 2027 as Head of Retailer Learning Services leading the National Learning Centre to deliver world-class training and learning to all levels across the Brands' retailer networks.

    What you could be doing:

    During the contract you will lead the digital transformation of our Learning Management System (LMS) whilst overseeing all aspects of the Brands People Development activity to ensure factory standards are met and the learning solutions are designed to develop the best people and drive network business performance. You will ensure a commercial approach to all decision making enabling continuous improvement in systems and processes on time and within budget.

    Skills and experience you can bring to role:

    • You will have proven digital transformation and programme management experience, will be results orientated and have the ability to network effectively at a senior level and build effective relationships.
    • You will have strong financial acumen and have a proven track record in operational delivery and strategic thinking.
    • You will have high energy and a passion for learning and delivering the best results through your team to our customers with an inspirational leadership style.
