The People team are recruiting for a People Services Coordinator on a full time basis until July 2027.
Reporting into the People Services Team Leader, you'll provide an effective and efficient People Services support for all managers and employees of Volkswagen Group UK.
You will be the first point of contact for the whole business for all general People or HR related services. You will provide advice to managers and employees on our policies and processes as well as provide a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle from on-boarding all our new starters, to processing employee changes and leavers.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- You'll have an understanding of the HR impact to the business and be customer focused.
- Experience with supporting the implementation of new HR systems/project work.
- You’ll be able to work in a fast paced environment, be proactive, have excellent attention to detail and demonstrate high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- You'll work closely with the wider People team and enjoy working in a collaborative close-knit team.
