• About The Role

  • Our People team are recruiting for a Talent Attraction Manager on a part time (23.5 hours) fixed term contract basis until October 2027.

    What you will be doing:

    • Reporting into the Head of Talent Attraction, Reward & Transformation, you will be responsible for delivering full end to end resourcing solutions for a variety of roles across Volkswagen Group UK.
    • You will identify appropriate attraction solutions and media channels for direct sourcing.
    • You will focus on our EVP and D&I initiatives through every touchpoint of the candidate experience and by coaching hiring managers on their decision making.

    Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

    • Extensive recruitment experience and have proven success in using direct sourcing methods including social media, LinkedIn and headhunting.
    • Strong influencing skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
    • Resilient and able to work under pressure with a flexible approach.
    • Working knowledge of resourcing employment legislation and processes.
    • Experience of delivering diversity and inclusion sourcing initiatives.
    • Strong project management skills.
