Group Vehicle Operations are recruiting for a Staff Sales and Remarketing Executive on a part-time basis (23.5 hours per week)
The team requires coverage across Monday to Friday, so the working pattern will need to support each weekday. The specific daily hours can be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
Working alongside another Group Remarketing Administrator, you will manage the staff purchase scheme from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, while supporting the accurate and timely administration of wholesale used-vehicle sales.
This is a varied, customer-focused role in a fast-paced and highly commercial environment.
You will work closely with employees, suppliers and stakeholders across the business, balancing excellent service with the speed, accuracy and governance required by the remarketing operation.
What you will be doing:
- Manage staff sales enquiries from first contact through to vehicle handover, helping employees identify the right vehicle and coordinating preparation, logistics and delivery with the defleet agent.
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve the staff sales scheme, including online “shop window” development, wider sister-company engagement and future staff purchase funding opportunities.
- Share responsibility for the accurate invoicing of approximately 40,000 wholesale used vehicles each year, supporting around £650 million of annual cash flow.
- Coordinate additional remarketing administration, including physical auction processing, demo and blue-light vehicle invoicing, CSC goodwill buybacks and SOR or guaranteed buyback reporting when in operation.
- Provide flexible cover across the wider administration team, including claims management, invoicing, vehicle movement requests, stock reconciliation, new dealer account set-up, inbox management and network or supplier liaison.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring enquiries are handled accurately and within agreed response times and team KPIs.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Previous administrative experience, with strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- A customer-focused approach and confidence communicating with colleagues and external partners at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and data literacy and the ability to work accurately within clear governance processes.
- Competence using Microsoft Office packages and the confidence to learn role-specific systems.
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset, with a flexible approach and the ability to manage multiple activities at once.
- An interest in used vehicles, remarketing or commercial operations would be helpful, but is not essential.
