Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
    • Advanced Excel skills, with strong numerical, analytical and financial reporting capability
    • Experience of planning, forecasting and analysing performance against targets and historical trends

    • Ability to consolidate, quality-assure and interpret data from multiple sources
    • High attention to detail, accuracy and quality
    • An understanding of vehicle planning principles and experience analysing vehicle sales, stock, order bank or de-fleet performance
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across financial, operational and brand stakeholders

What will I do in the role?
As a Used Vehicle Planning Analyst, your week will combine planning, performance analysis and reporting. You will coordinate annual budgets, planning rounds and monthly forecasts by brand, converting new vehicle sales reforecasts into used vehicle in-fleet, de-fleet and stock plans. You will monitor performance against plan, identify risks and opportunities, support monthly trading and overhead reporting, and contribute to accurate financial reforecasts and NRV provisions.

You will also support business-critical reporting, including Electric Car Grant monitoring and periodic Supervisory Board materials.
