Who we are:

INSPIRE is Volkswagen Group’s UK school outreach programme, working with Primary Schools through to Universities and Technical Colleges across the UK.

We Inspire over 30,000 students a year, delivering sessions ranging from week long projects linked in to the curriculum to car displays and guest lectures covering important topics such as sustainability, transformation and careers in the automotive industry.

These sessions are tailored to the students’ needs to help them prepare for their future career, working in partnership with the school or college.

What's our mission?

Our mission is to help young people acquire the skills necessary to be successful in the world of work, show them the broad variety of career pathways at Volkswagen Group and build a diverse future talent pool.

We do this through our five dedicated workstreams; Primary & Secondary schools, Further Education, Virtual Work Experience and Communications. Our teams work together to ensure each event we attend is as impactful and meaningful as possible.
