One Aftersales is a complete aftersales operation that interfaces directly with our retail network. It enables us to ensure that retailers are fully stocked and equipped to provide an outstanding service. One Aftersales is also responsible for managing our Trade Part Specialists centres, and our entire parts logistics operation. It’s an important part of our customer commitment: the quality and speed of our servicing is a vital long-term customer loyalty tool, so we work hard to make sure that our retailers have the training and support they need to meet brand standards.
